Here is a description of the process I want through producing my video. What was your creative process? I thought that I'd use a fairly happy and positive song and use slow movement with the shots. How were key decisions made with in your group? Yes everyone in the group had a say in the shots we took and all contributed ideas for the filmers and actors. What was your role in the process and what did you learn along the way? I took the role of critiquing the filmers and actors and also taking some footage of the actor as a filmed for a couple of shots, I also learned a bit more about premiere pro and the mechanics of the software. I had a few times where I felt very stupid from mistakes I made that were very simple. What technology and software did you use? We used Adobe Premiere Pro, an iPad, and a Tripod. Professionally (How did you use the five guarantees of Technical Skills, Communication, Leadership, Collaboration, and Project Management)? I helped out a friend with a simple editing problem he was facing that I figured out earlier that day. We communicated through helping each other with critique on the shots and acting. I took leadership by keeping our group straight and not messing around in the library. We collaborated by working together to get the shots we needed and helping get necessary things done to increase our efficiency. Also we managed our project by staying on track and getting work done. What would you do different? Why? I would take some different steps in the editing process so that way I had more efficiency when working on the project. What would you do the same? Why? I would use the same strategy when it comes to directing the filming operation. Because it went very well and was rather efficient. What experiences will you draw from to enhance your next project? I gained a lot of knowledge when it comes to the database and saving files to the database and that will help me with efficiency with the next project I face. General thoughts & conclusions? I personally liked this project it was a good learning experience that will surely help me with up coming projects and how I can better improve my working methods
Water transfer project I water colored a piece of paper, I let it dry for a day. I printed out the images I wanted to transfer. I put mod podge on the paper, I layed the image over the dried water color paper, I squeegeed the image with mod podge to start the transfer process. It transferred overnight and the next day we removed the paper on top using water and our fingers, we rubbed it till all the fuzzy pieces of paper were gone.
This panorama was made from my 2015 Colorado trip, when I was 13. Some of the images were very low quality due to the phone back then. I went white water rafting this trip. I went on bike rides quite a bit and had a lot of fun. It smelled like fresh air. The overall feel of Colorado was awesome in comparison to the boring old Kansas. It smelled like fresh air. The hotel I stayed at had a hot tub. I hiked a couple mountains which was fun. This was my first time visiting Colorado and I did some fun activities, I went white water rafting, we had 2 families of 5 on the raft and we flipped, due to me being young I was scared. I also went zip lining and it was really fun, the zip line was really long and it was pretty high up. While we were in Steamboat Colorado we went shopping at the shopping center in steamboat. What was your biggest challenge and how did you resolve it? My biggest challenge was making sites responsive. I researched a lot on responsiveness and improved through that. What was your favorite project or exercise? Why? My favorite project was real or hoax. It was fun to code. What is your greatest strength in Web Design? My greatest strength is the overall look of a site, I focus of the user interaction to the site What is your top weakness in Web Design? My top weakness is alignment and responsiveness. What web design skill have you improved the most this semester? I have gotten better with responsiveness of the site. What do you still need to work on and why? Learning more about web, because I want to continue my web journey. Is there anything you would change about this class? Why? More projects that you come up with, with fewer guidelines Conclusion/Other Comments? Its been a great semester 1 and i've enjoyed it.
